AFT Tapping Directions

We do nothing with or to the body, we work with the energies that make the body work.

It is not possible to harm yourself or another using AFT, the Attractor Field Techniques.

  • Tap lightly. Count your taps out loud and tap no faster than you can say the numbers out loud.
    Recommend counting in 10's: 1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10 and repeat 6 times for 60 Taps.
  • The most frequent error people make is to miss-tap the correct number of taps.
  • If you do not obtain satisfactory results, check to make sure that you are tapping the formula and points correctly. Have someone else apply the formula if you have a physical limitation or problem with correctly tapping.
  • Remember to tap as accurately as possible. You can't hurt yourself if miss-tap or tap the wrong places, but you will waste your time and the formula will not work.

Do not stop medications without your physician's advice.

On the AFT chart below, you will see that most locations require 60 taps. There are three exceptions:

BH Back of Hand = Tap 225 times

LL Under Lower Lip on centre cleft of chin = Tap 15 times

UN Under Nose on centre of lip = Tap 15 times
